Service
Be Clement offers paid featured placement on taksi.ch in the cities named in the order. At most three active featured businesses may appear in each city.
Binding order and payment
Submitting the paid order creates an obligation to pay and starts manual processing. The emailed invoice is payable within 14 days; it is not merely an expression of interest.
Activation and availability
Placement starts after payment confirmation and a manual check that the business serves the selected cities. Ordering or paying does not reserve a city slot. If Be Clement cannot provide a paid placement, it offers an agreed replacement or refunds that city's invoiced amount.
Term and price
The service runs for 12 months from activation. Prices and city discounts are shown before ordering. There is no automatic renewal. A later term requires a new offer and acceptance.
Presentation and results
Be Clement may adapt design, ordering and technical delivery while maintaining materially comparable featured presence. Calls, bookings, traffic, Google Maps placement and search rankings are not guaranteed.
Information and ending
The customer supplies accurate information and rights to its content. Be Clement may correct or remove misleading or unlawful content. If Be Clement permanently withdraws a paid placement for its own reasons, it refunds the unused portion. Mandatory legal rights and liability remain unaffected.
